Loyola Law School, Los Angeles' Graduate Tax Program is consistently ranked among the top 10 by U.S. News & World Report. The highly selective Master of Tax Law (M.T.) is a program that offers rigorous tax law training to give non-lawyers and Certified Public Accountants looking to satisfy California's "fifth year" requirement the tools needed to more effectively engage in tax research, tax planning and dispute resolution at the highest level. Unlike other graduate tax programs, all of the courses for the Master of Tax Law are taught by Loyola's nationally recognized tax professors, using law texts and intensive problem-based law teaching techniques.
